She brings her own perspectives and experience in this ever-changing industry of how Gender Equality is a must for an industry that offers much to the Australian workforce and economy.
Arlene has a passion to change mindsets by sharing her experiences with other women in construction, putting them on the right road to success and taking up leadership roles by following best practice with the gender equality process.
Arlene will lead The Brightside Group Gender Equality Bridging the Gap Service – giving and sharing expert consulting advice to all BrightSide Women professionals within this everchanging construction and engineering industry in Australia and internationally.
