Brightside Consultants is currently recruiting for multiple high-level roles across the UK and European Union on behalf of a Tier 1 Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Commissioning Services Contractor. This is a unique opportunity for Australian-based professionals, particularly those from Ireland, the UK, and the EU, looking to return closer to home while working on world-class infrastructure projects.
Work on Mission Critical Projects Across Europe
Our client is delivering mission critical infrastructure across some of Europe’s most important industrial and digital hubs. These are long-term, complex projects supporting data centres, energy transition, and other high-priority developments for blue chip clients.
Project locations include:
- Spain
- The Netherlands
- Germany
- Belgium
- United Kingdom
- Ireland
These are not subcontractor roles. You’ll be working directly for the principal contractor, building and delivering the assets.
Fly-In/Fly-Out Roles with Outstanding Benefits
Professionals can remain based in their home country and travel to Europe on a 17/4 FIFO roster.

Salaries
While individual salaries will be based on experience and location, here are some indicative ranges:
- Senior Project Engineers (Mech/Elec): €140K+
- Lead Engineers: €90K+
- Project Managers: €100K+
- Quantity Surveyors: €80K+
- Commercial Managers: €100K+
- EHS Professionals: €60K to €100K+
