The opportunity
Demand for AI training, inference and cloud capacity is driving one of the largest data centre construction programs Europe has seen. Hyperscale campuses and major projects are being delivered across the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Ireland and the UK, and Tier 1 contractors need experienced people to lead them.
If you’ve delivered data centres, mission critical facilities, high-rise, infrastructure or major commercial projects in Australia, your experience transfers directly: fast-track programs, strong HSE culture and hands-on site leadership.
We’re recruiting now for live roles with Tier 1 contractors delivering data centres and campus-scale projects across Ireland, the UK, mainland Europe and the Nordics.
Two options
Australian FIFO taught you how this works: a roster you can plan a life around, flights in, accommodation sorted. Europe runs the same model on its data centre campuses. The difference is the flight home is a couple of hours, not twenty-four, and the weekends off are spent with family instead of in transit.

These packages are similar to what you earn on an Australian roster. On top of the salary sit flights, accommodation and site transport, so more of what you earn stays in your pocket. The difference is where you spend your days off.

Who are we?
BrightSide Consultants was founded by Gearóid Considine, a civil engineer with 15 years of international project experience across Australia, the UAE, Hong Kong, Ireland and the UK. We know the projects because we have worked on them.
We have offices on both sides of the move, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, plus Dublin, London and New York, and we have been moving construction and engineering professionals between Australia, Ireland, the UK, Europe and the USA for years.
